brittany started her day at the beautiful proximity hotel in greensboro. (girls, a little advice from your photographer, it makes a WORLD of difference in your getting ready photos to have lots of natural light where you are preparing. if you have the ability to choose your getting ready locale, then definitely plan on a place that has pretty diffused light, you won’t regret it!) from there we all traveled via limo to the castle. if you have never been there, you should totally plan a trip there. it’s GORGEOUS and so full of awesome places to shoot. it even had it’s own moat, how cool is that? i LOVED it.
the ceremony was full of tears, and even a few giggles here and there, totally heartfelt! and their reception was so sweet! they decided to have a brunch for their guests in lieu of traditional hors d’oeuvres. guests were served french toast, eggs, bacon, pastries, & other breakfast goodies. so unique and totally scrumptious! and i also LOVED LOVED LOVED all the very anthropologie-esque decor that brittany incorporated into the theme of the wedding. old bottles with numbers, vintage serving flatware, lace, and the flowers…my word…OF COURSE taylor o’shields with the place for flowers created those…stunning!!!
and a big shout out to my second shooter beka…thank you for being you and for your God-given talent! xoxo
brittany & gray, thank you guys so much for including me in your wedding festivities! i had a wonderful time and was honored to be your wedding photographer! love to you both…xoxo…t
